You can read the Press Release outlining the plan here: https://www.gov.im/news/2022/feb/03/government-sets-out-plan-for-endemic-approach-to-covid-19/
The plan which you can view in full via this link Living with COVID-19 – Moving to an Endemic Approach, outlines the next steps the Island will look to take in removing the rules and regulations that have been necessary to control the virus over the past two years. It focuses on four key areas where changes will be implemented: borders, community measures, positive cases and contact tracing. It also sets out conditions that must be present before implementing this approach which the Government will monitor over the coming months.
The anticipated changes to the Island’s borders from the 31st March 2022 are outlined below:
Borders
► There will be no isolation or testing requirements following arrival on the Island for either vaccinated or unvaccinated people
► There will be no travel restrictions – only requirement would be for UK ‘red list’
► For an appropriate period, a travel declaration will still be required by all arriving to the Island
► There will be no public health checks on arrival
