New route revealed as part of new Norway Expedition 2021/22 programme.
Hurtigruten, the leading expedition cruise brand, has announced that for the first time in their 126-year history they will offer winter sailings from the Port of Dover as part of their new Norway Expedition 2021/22 programme.
Available from October 2021 to March 2022, the 14-day voyage will depart from Dover on board the MS Trollfjord travelling along the coast of Norway and offering more time in familiar and new ports. In addition, there will be more expedition team members onboard, who will be on hand to share their knowledge of the Norwegian coastline and help guests find their inner explorer on and offshore.
Every day, guests will be offered a free activity to explore the local history, culture and wildlife that the majestic coastline of Norway offers. From a visit to the North Cape, the most northerly part of Europe, to visits with a traditional fishing community guests will have the opportunity to explore some of countries best hidden gems. For those looking for more adventure guests can choose amongst other excursions including fishing, hiking and Northern Lights safaris at night – all available at an additional charge.
Aside from the rich programme of daily activities, the price of the cruise also includes; free hire of equipment for excursions, onboard lecture programme delivered by the expedition team to deepen destination knowledge, free Wi-Fi onboard, all meals including drinks with dinner and lunch (either house wine or beer), tea and coffee throughout the day and access to a wide range of onboard facilities.

Hurtigruten’s Norway Expeditions will commence in October 2021 and be available through to March 2022. Voyages depart from the Port of Dover and prices start from £3,299 per person.
Summer sailings for Norway Expedition will also be available, but voyages will depart from Hamburg.
